The Free Herbalism Project is a full day of herbal education, live music, food vendors, and all the organic tea you can drink. Nicole Telkes (pronounced: Tell-KISH) will be sharing her passion surrounding Fire Cider and the necessity to preserve this traditional preparation as a remedy belonging to the people. Doug Elliot will follow Nicole’s passionate discussion with his famous stories, songs and lore which celebrate and teach about useful wild plants.

The event is family-friendly with activities for all, including a community herbal mandala, plant walks, botanically influenced vendors, a yoga class and so much more!

“I’m really looking forward to this upcoming Free Herbalism Project,” said Mountain Rose Herbs event organizer Mason Hutchison. “The speakers this time around come to us with a lot of passion and fire from the heart. It will definitely be one for the books.”
