The Good Food Mercantile showcases the best makers in the country, with a special focus on the bounty of the Pacific Northwest Corridor. Created in partnership with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, this one-of-a-kind “Night Mercantile” will take place in the afternoon and evening at the dynamic Portland Night Market in Southeast Portland. The venue is a hop, skip and jump away from many of the city’s best food crafters, from Olympia Provisions’ “meat factory” to the small but mighty Cowbell Cheese.
Crafter registration is now open ($850). Retailer Tickets are also now available.
