Eugene Hosts Food Waste Reduction Workshop

On November 19th, the Eugene area hosted its first Food Waste Stops With Me workshop. The workshop is designed to help food service operations identify opportunities to reduce food waste and build systems to impliment on these discoveries.  

The workshop was hosted at Wildcraft Ciderworks and attracted over 50 people from 25 different food service operations in Lane County.  

Eugene's Table is now working with local food waste experts to explore programatic opportunities for our regional food and beverage manufacturers.  Stay tuned for more information!
