Hot Winter Hot Sauce Releases Two New Products
Cottage Grove based Hot Winter Hot Sauce is known across the Pacific Northwest for it’s Organic fermented hot sauces produced using a one of a kind Hot Winter chile discovered and cultivated by founder Shaun Winter. The pepper is a a very rare spicy variant of the very popular Jimmy Nardello pepper.
Hot Winter is excited to announce the release of two new products. The company’s cocktail mixer is made with a base of chile vinegar, and the cocktail mix is lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and balanced with a splash of organic lime.
Because wildfire smoke last season shrunk Hot Winter’s pepper yield, they bottled “un-hot-sauced” garlic in ready to use jars. All garlic is fermented in it’s own chile vinegar mix (just pepper and salt), with nothing else added.
Both of these products are available in limited supply.
