Aji is a fresh Peruvian hot sauce produced in Eugene, Oregon. It is a “spreadable” sauce with a thicker consistency than Tabasco and other liquid hot sauces. The products nuanced flavor pairs well with eggs, soups, salads, pastas, grilled food, and sandwiches.

Founder, Marcela Zecenarro studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Peru, and as has more than 10 years experience working in different kitchens. While she has produced exquisite cuisine of all sorts, she is excited to share her first food product with the world.

Aji is currently available at The Kiva and Capella in Eugene, Oregon.
