Inspired by the lush bounty of Oregon, Thinking Tree Spirits’ produces a collection of farm-to-flask distilled spirits. The brand’s spirits are distilled onsite using Oregon grown grains and botanicals.

Thinking Tree uses a traditional pot still for it’s aged spirits that was created from a repurposed 1942 jam and dairy tank. They have fully embraced traditional techniques to mill, mash, ferment and distill high quality spirits

As the first distillery in the country to become certified to produce, bottle and sell hand sanitizer, Thinking Tree helped pave the way for 2,500 distilleries around the country to meet the demand from fire stations, hospitals, schools, clinics, government buildings, and the public at the time of greatest need.

The Thinking Tree tasting room is open 12pm to 8pm Monday-Sunday. To-Go orders and heated/covered outdoor seating available.  Customers can also “Buzz for Booze'“ or Sanitizer (bottle sales) anytime there is staff onsite distilling.
