Tortillería El Chile produces fresh homemade tortillas and other Oaxacan foods.

Julia Vasque founded the company and opened its doors to the public in the Summer of 2020. Julia was born and raised in a small town in Oaxaca, Mexico, where she mastered the art of making tortillas. The recipe is based on one that has been used in her family for over 100 years. The Tortillería is a reflection of Julia's American dream to offer homemade tortillas to the Eugene/Springfield area.

Tortillería El Chile offers homemade tortillas (including vegan gluten free options), homemade salsa's, chorizo, hispanic sodas, dry herbs/spices, and hispanic dairy products like Queso Fresco from its factory store at 2638 Roosevelt Blvd in Eugene, Oregon.
