Thinking Tree Spirits Releases Bourbon Whiskey

This wheated bourbon is limited to just a couple hundred bottles for now, and it’s available in the Thinking Tree Spirits tasting room, online, and for shipping across Oregon and Washington. Originally barreled in December 2018, Thinking Tree’s Bourbon Whiskey is remarkably smooth despite its high bottling proof—nearly 50% ABV. 

In the tasting room, the spirit will be offered for tastings, served neat or on the rocks, and as part of a Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktail.
