SHINE (Sustainability Hub of Interchange Negotiation Experts) is a selective program funded through an investment from the Lane Workforce Partnership through State Layoff Aversion funds.

The SHINE program connects you with the innovators and strategic analysts that have been running the hugely successful and impactful RAIN Eugene Accelerator that will work with your team to navigate the changes that face businesses in Oregon and the rest of the world.

Services are free of charge for qualifying businesses.

Through the course of doing business, RAIN Eugene started to see a trend of applications for their accelerator program from existing businesses asking to work with the experts at RAIN to gain knowledge on how they might be able to transition their companies in an effort to remain relevant in rapidly changing markets throughout the world. Businesses are asking for assistance from the RAIN staff so they do not become obsolete and have to close their doors. SHINE evolved out of this initial interest.
