Applications Open for Team Oregon Booth Share at Expo West
TEAM Oregon is now accepting applications from export ready Oregon food companies to join the team for a subsidized price at the 2020 Natural Products Expo West show in Anaheim. This is a wonderful opportunity for companies new to trade shows to participate in shared booth space at one of the largest food shows in the world!
NPEW provides a convenient ‘one stop shop’ venue where companies can meet with world-class suppliers, see the latest industry products and trends, and find new markets. There is limited space and an upfront participation fee.
Application deadline is October 12, 2019
Company requirements for booth share program:
Your company must be an emerging business in the food processing industry.
Company must provide two representatives for the entirety of the show to provide booth coverage. Taking full advantage of this opportunity requires two representatives to share duties.
The upfront booth participation fee is $2,500 for two feet of shared booth space due in advance in check form by December 31, 2019.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, booth set up, and travel to and from the Anaheim Convention Center.
Participants are responsible for providing and transporting their own samples for the show
Participants are responsible for planning and executing their “show strategy” to extract the full value out of this experience: prescheduling meetings with buyers and other key contacts, booth visit invitations, establishing product demo and floor strategy, etc.
Participants are expected to attend TEAM Oregon planning meetings prior to the show.
During the show, participants are considered an extension of TEAM Oregon and are expected to be professional, courteous, and adhere to team requirements, including booth coverage.
Companies that meet the criteria for traveling with TEAM Oregon for the 2019 Natural Products Expo must complete the online application form. This online form is only the company application, not an event registration. A selection committee will select participants in October and notify by November 10. Companies may independently explore grant and funding opportunities- links to STEP Grant and WUSATA are below. Please note that companies can apply to participate in this booth share program even if they do not plan to utilize the STEP grant opportunity.
