Coconut Bliss Announces Momentous and Vibrant Rebrand, Its First in 10 Years
New, colorful branding reinforces the company’s commitment to taste, eco-friendly practices
Coconut Bliss, the family-owned, dairy-free ice cream producer creating award-winning, plant-based frozen desserts, is thrilled to announce a momentous company-wide rebrand, its first in 10 years. The new branding, which includes artfully designed packaging for all Coconut Bliss products and a completely revised company website, brings Coconut Bliss’ delectable products and mission to life in an invigorated and inspired way. Coconut Bliss’ rich taste and high-quality ingredients are a focus, depicted through illustrations of each flavor’s tasting notes that beautifully showcase the ingredients found in each flavor.
The company worked closely with the team at Revolution Design Group, based in downtown Eugene, Oregon to create the new design for this rebrand. The partnership is demonstrative of the powerful regional food and beverage business ecosystem that exists in the greater Eugene area.
“Since 2005, Coconut Bliss has been committed to using certified organic and ethically-sourced ingredients of the highest quality” says Kim Gibson Clark, President and CEO of Coconut Bliss. “For our first brand refresh, the goal was to push ourselves to create a cohesive new design reflecting the passion, purpose and taste of Coconut Bliss that has delighted our dedicated fans for years. I am happy to say that we have accomplished our goal.”
In conjunction with Coconut Bliss’ company rebrand, the company is proud to introduce eco-friendly pint packaging, the very first-of-its kind, as part of its commitment to sustainability. Coconut Bliss is the first to use plant-based bio resin polyethylene pint cup packaging, made from the husks of sugar cane, as an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional petroleum-based polyethylene resin materials. The packaging is also made from 97 percent bio-based resources.
“As a USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified company, Coconut Bliss is always looking for ways to limit its environmental footprint,” says Clark. “That’s why, in conjunction with our ambitious rebrand, we are so excited to introduce this cutting-edge packaging that performs like traditional ice cream packaging without the same environmental concerns. Plus, we love the fact that our plant-based ice cream is now served in plant-based packaging.”
Newly-branded packaging of Coconut Bliss’ full line of ice cream products can now be found everywhere Coconut Bliss products are sold, including top grocery retailers such as Whole Foods, Safeway and Sprouts Farmers Market.
