New Member Spotlight: Oregon Ag

Oregon Ag is a new regional distributor created by the founders of Oregon Wild Rice.

John and Jana Jenkins came up with the idea after receiving a large order from Market of Choice and struggling to find a distribution partner to help fulfill orders. Jana explains that even though their Oregon Wild Rice was a strong product they could earn more sales by teaming up with other small local producers.

“We went to stores to sell the rice ourselves and we were asked what else we grew or sold. In order to solve a problem, we started connecting with small batch producers, buying their products, and then going to stores (independents and chains) and selling our Wild Rice and their products.”

Oregon Ag currently distributes the following brands:
