Organically Grown Company Welcomes Jan McCaffrey as VP of People

Northwest-based organic produce distributor Organically Grown Company (OGC) is thrilled to announce the addition of Jan McCaffrey to its leadership team. Jan joins OGC with a notable career spanning from entrepreneurial ventures to global leadership. 

Jan most recently served as Director of Human Resources for the global civil engineering firm David Evans & Associates. Prior to that, she was Senior Human Resources Manager for Conway/XPO logistics, driving human resources and organizational design strategy across this global logistics company of 88,000.  She also directed HR and organizational development for Adidas, where she built human capital functions and tools from the ground up.

Additionally, Jan has owned her own small business and devoted time to policy development and advocacy. While in Washington D.C, she advocated on behalf of the Family Medical Leave Act, monumental legislation that became an early highlight and foundation for her professional life.

The thread that has run throughout Jan’s career is a deep commitment to innovation, mentorship, and exciting and engaging coworkers. She has a deep passion for building and enhancing robust programs that nurture positive, rewarding experiences.
