Getting Your Recipe to Market is a unique, 12-week intensive program that will help you take your idea to commercial-ready food product. Portland Community College has partnered with food industry experts, OSU’s Food Innovation Center, and New Seasons Market to take you step-by-step to produce, promote, and sell your product.
Portland Community College Small Business Development Center has recently updated the course format so support 100% remote attendance, so entrepreneurs from outside of Portland Metro can access the course much more easily.
The next course begins on June 23rd meeting on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm - 8:20 pm.
